Yogesh Kumar Dewangan founded Naukri Mitra after years of hands-on work in SEO, digital marketing, direct marketing, IT solutions, and corporate training — a background that shaped his approach to building employment-focused digital systems.
It began back in 2018 as part of the Bhumi Placement and Marketing Division, with a straightforward aim: connect people to genuine, verifiable job opportunities instead of empty listings. That early effort gradually grew into a wider employment ecosystem covering several industries and hiring categories.
By 2023, Naukri Mitra had grown into a proper platform, with renewed investment in hiring technology, digital recruitment tools, and broader global reach.
The platform now supports job seekers, employers, and workforce needs both within India and internationally, with new sectors and markets being added on an ongoing basis.
We exist to strip away the friction from hiring — using technology and transparency to put real opportunities in front of real people, without the noise.
